Refund & Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also require additional time to process and post the refund.
